- increase initial necrocoin balance from 10 to 50
- shop: pick a small amount of items from each type of item instead of all items
(guarantees a minimum of held items for sale)
- shop: fit all shop top-level options in one line
- use the text 'Bag' instead of 'Item' for accessing the user's bag
